As an extension of his vision, H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan established Sultan Bin Khalifa International Thalassemia Award in partnership with Thalassemia International Federation to value substantive efforts and contributions that have been made towards improving quality of life of patients with Thalassemia & other Hemoglobinopathies. The Award Ceremony was held at ADNEC, showcasing a poetic curtain raiser travelling into the world of the Thalassemia.
